Welcome to the New Sincerity content archive, a collection heroes, movements and possibilities

In 2016 New Sincerity launched as a digital magazine dedicated to a simple idea: Tell the untold stories of heroic Americans and inspire a new movement of humanity in America. A passionate squad of writers representing all of the diverse expressions of cultural, personal, human identity did the storytelling – beautiful bite-size pieces about living vibrantly and being an exceptional human. It was a good run.

We listened, learned and were asked to provide advice, and so after publishing hundreds of stories - and earning hundreds of thousands of followers - we discovered we could make a bigger impact in the world of work than media.

The Founding Editor of New Sincerity – having deep experience in diversity, inclusion and leadership in the workplace – became Managing Partner of the DEIB strategy and executive coaching firm New Sincerity. That evolution was 2019, and our purpose of celebrating a shared humanity was unchanged.
